Randall Rabenold is the owner of Vaudra Ltd., which he co-founded in 2003. He entered the IP industry in 1993, working fake sport shoe investigations, assisting DHS and the New York Organized Crime Division in several domestic and international operations. These investigations took him undercover to South Korea, Mexico, Indonesia, Singapore, and Ciudad Del Este to name a few. Shortly thereafter, Randall was promoted to Manager of the Americas, an in-house position for Reebok International, responsible for counterfeit and diversion investigations for all of Latin America. In 2000, he began conducting investigations on behalf of the The North Face. As the Internet developed, Vaudra Ltd., quickly became involved in online enforcement and investigations, including becoming one of the first monitoring agents for Ebay.com. Randall has a Bachelor of Science degree and is a former federal law enforcement officer. He currently holds the in-house position of global Investigations Coordinator for the The North Face brand, and is actively involved in Vaudra Ltd.’s investigations and undercover development.
