We are active members of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC).
Our Team Strength
Collectively, our team embodies over 125 years of experience in investigations & related industries. We have diverse backgrounds not only in the investigative field, but also law enforcement (at the Local, State & Federal levels), marketing, sales, retail & food service, homebuilding, and banking. This dimension of our knowledge base brings unique perspectives to each investigation. When a collective effort is needed or if a case is particularly challenging, we pull together to the benefit of the investigation and client. No investigative task is insurmountable with our combined strength.
Our Founder
Randall Rabenold is the Executive Director and owner of Vaudra Ltd., which he co-founded in 2003. He entered the IP industry in 1993, working fake sport shoe investigations, assisting DHS and the New York Organized Crime Division in several domestic and international operations. Shortly thereafter, Randall was promoted to Manager of the Americas, an in-house position for Reebok International, responsible for counterfeit and diversion investigations for all of Latin America. In 2000, he began conducting investigations on behalf of the The North Face, and continues to be actively involved in Vaudra Ltd.’s investigations and informant base development.
