Many law enforcement agencies are hungry for training and information related to brand authentication. Vaudra Ltd., has experience scheduling training sessions with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Trainings on some level, are often a component of a well-rounded IP enforcement strategy. Whether in a trade fair format with numerous brands or in a more individualized session, our investigators know the importance of ‘hitting the highlights’, and not bogging down the officers with the details. We aim to give officials two or three key take-away points that are relevant and meaningful for accurate authentication. In addition to increasing awareness, our goal is to ensure the officers understand the brands’ support and appreciation of their efforts related to stopping counterfeit product sales.

Vaudra Ltd., regularly works with Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and local police departments. We send representatives to these agencies to provide instruction and encouragement as they seek to protect brand owners from the trafficking of counterfeit goods.
