Not only did this heading seem appropriate since we distributed our newsletter on St. Patrick’s Day, it also captures the mindset of optimism & intention that we strive to bring to the office & our investigations every day. We cover a variety of topics including trademark infringement case studies, our upcoming attendance at the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, celebrating all that is nineteen (including Vaudra) and our new webpage, www.reasonableinvestigation.com, related to a key requirement for expungement or reexamination proceedings based on the Trademark Modernization Act of 2020 (TMA). As we strive towards growth as individuals and as a company, we also highlighted our pending Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) & Small Business Association (SBA) certifications, along with over 300 continuing education hours spent by the team on qualifications through the McAfee Institute.
